Cherry Blossom

Cherry Blossoms are symbolic of the start of Spring and often associated with a time for renewal. Although their flowering is of a short duration, they have a beautiful bloom when they do. They are the Birth Flower of March and symbolic of Love, beauty and strength. Interesting fact cherry blossoms leaves are edible and used in many traditional Japanese sweets and Tea. They've even been used as an ice-cream flavour.
