Our Story

Hello, we are Lush and Tidy, an online Gift Shop that loves to help our customers find the most thoughtful gifts for their loved ones.

We were both born and raised in Wales and noticed the lack of specialty gift stores that served our local community. We felt that most of the stores lacked a "personal" touch in the way they done business with limited unique Gift offerings.

Unfortunately, in 2020, Jamie was made redundant due to the pandemic, so we decided to create a solution to address the lack of specialty stores catering to the Welsh community.

Hence, Lush and Tidy was born! 

We chose the name Lush and Tidy as the words mean "very nice" and "very good” in Wales. So, it's a reflection of what you can expect from the products we're offering.

Our original goal was to find and offer unique gift ideas. However, we soon realised our customers might appreciate giving their loved ones personalised gifts. So, Jamie decided to make his own designs from scratch to give our customers a wider range of gift options, all handmade in Wales.

The Lush and Tidy Difference

In this day and age, you can find many online stores that sell gift items. However, it's seldom to find a store you can totally relate too.

We want Lush and Tidy to be a shop that speaks to the community, a place where you can always find gifts that are unique and relatable.

All our personalised gifts are made in-house and can be tailored to your individual needs. We can change the wording and colours to whatever you need. We also offer bespoke items so if there’s something you need which you can’t find on our shop drop us a line we’ll try and help. 

We can add the personal touch to any order by including handwritten notes (upon request) for presents shipped directly to recipients and a gift-wrapping service is also available upon request at an additional minimal cost.

We are a small, family-run business, who strive to offer the highest level of customer service and treat feedback with respect and strive to act on suggestions as soon as possible. Not to sound corny but keeping you the customer happy is the most important thing to us. We want to make your shopping experience fun, seamless, and hassle-free.
